Specializing in fine home, estate and waterfront properties, Sarah has represented some of the areas most extraordinary properties in both Coeur d’Alene and Sandpoint.  After graduating from the University of Washington with degree in International Studies as well as a focus on art, Sarah trained as a buyer and negotiator of art and as a product development specialist. Sarah traveled extensively to fulfill client requirements and to encourage inspiration in design. This exposure gives her knowledge and passion for diverse cultures, architecture, design and fine art.  Her strong negotiating skills, integrity and honesty coupled with her expertise in marketing are invaluable tools in helping clients visualize a property's maximum potential, and then help them navigate the hurdles and details of each real estate transaction.  Sarah has a natural ability to listen and work with people to determine their needs and goals.  Uniting people and properties together is what Sarah does best and as a result she has sold millions in residential real estate.
